REALTOR® PARTNERSHIPS

Muse Realty specializes exclusively in property management services. This makes us a safe place to refer your client until the market conditions are right for them to sell. We're also the perfect partner to refer your clients to when they're looking for a rental home while they're waiting to buy. We offer referral fees to Realtors® for any clients referred to us who sign a contract. We highly value each of our colleagues within the local Realtor® community and want to protect and bring value to those relationships.

Return of Referrals:


We respect your business and value your partnership. As we do not engage in home sales, we offer a safe place to refer your client until they are ready to sell. While we cannot dictate who a client chooses to use as their Realtor®, we strongly encourage our clients to use the same Realtor® who referred them to us originally. All of our client files are marked with the referring agent. We commit to each referring agent that we will refer our clients back to them when they decide to sell the home.

Referral Fees:


Muse Realty will gladly pay one referral fee for a signed Agreement, whether it be for an owner or tenant referred. All referrals requests must be received, in writing, within 30 days of an executed Lease or Management Agreement. Referral fees are calculated based on the property's rental value :

less than $1000 = $100
$1000-$1999 = $200
$2000 and greater = $300

Easy Key Checkout: 

We want to make showing our rental homes as easy possible. The process for checking out a key will depend on whether the property is vacant or occupied

Vacant Properties:
Some of our properties may be accessed by a combination lock box. For all others, we offer overnight key check out exclusively to Realtors®. Simply come by our office anytime during normal business hours to pick up keys. To access one of our homes through the lock box, please call our office and ask for the Property Manager in Charge. After verifying your identity, we'll give you the combination so you can show the home to your client. When you have finished viewing the property, please secure the key back in the combination box.

Occupied Properties:
We do market homes that are in the process of being vacated. As we have current tenants in place, these can only be viewed with an approved application. This prevents us from bringing an unnecessary amount of people through our tenants' homes. As soon as the application is approved (usually 24-48 hours), we will set up a viewing appointment that is convenient for your client and the vacating tenant.  It is required we give the tenant a minimum of 24 hours notice of a showing.
