Having a member of our staff check your home can head off maintenance issues that could get worse over time and will help the home appear as though it is occupied. We can visit the home as frequently as requested and can customize the areas in which the homeowner would like our staff to check on their visit. Generally our visits would consist of the following:
Overall pictures of the outside and inside of property sent directly to homeowner.
Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed.
Remove mail from mailbox and place inside.
Move any packages, notices, etc from porch and place inside.
Check to ensure there are no obvious water leaks.
Run water in sinks and tubs/showers. Flush toilets.
Unplug or plug in any appliances as needed
Adjust thermostat if needed.
Turn on or off lights as desired.
Water indoor plants.
Adjust blinds and/or curtains.
