LINDA MUSE
OWNER
Linda is originally from Gastonia, NC and has lived in Rock Hill for over 45 years . Linda has been a licensed real estate professional since 1989 and started Property Management in 1997 with Coldwell Banker. In 2004, Linda opened Muse Realty, LLC and grew it from a small company to one of the largest and most reputable property management companies in York County.
KRISTA LANE DAVIS
PROPERTY MANAGER IN CHARGE
Lane is a lifetime resident of Rock Hill and graduated from Northwestern High School. She then went on to obtain an Associate Degree at Stanley College, while volunteering with the local fire department and EMS. Lane continued her education at Winthrop University majoring in Social Services. Lane is an awarded member of Phi Beta Lambda, Future Business Leaders of America. After 14 years with Muse Realty, Lane has experience with every aspect of the business. Currently, Lane manages the day to day operations of our office.
AMANDA JOHNSON
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Amanda is originally from Rock Hill and has been with Muse Realty since early 2007. She brings years of banking management, property management and credit experience to our company. Amanda handles all financial aspects such as checks, bill payment, taxes, payroll, processing of rent income and bookkeeping. Amanda graduated from Northwestern High School and went on to receive a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Management from the University of South Carolina. Amanda holds her Property Management license and is also a Notary.
TAMI NICHOLS
PROPERTY MANAGER
Tami is a lifetime Rock Hill resident and graduated from Northwestern High School. She is a licensed Property Manager and previously held her Real Estate Salesman license in York County. Tami has been with Muse Realty since 2007 and brings years of property management experience to our team. Tami is our owner liaison and coordinates all new home listings, move out notices, and renewals. Tami is also the point of contact for our Commercial Leasing division and Property Check services.
JOHN EDWARDS
PROPERTY MANAGER
John is originally from Rock Hill and graduated from Northwestern High School. John is a licensed Property Manager with over 20 years property management experience. He was previously with Muse Realty from 2012 to 2015, and rejoined our office in May 2017. John is our tenant liaison, coordinates showings, signs new leases, and processes all new rental applications. He is also a Notary.
CORRINA BRENNAN
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Originally from Austin Texas, Corrina Brennan is a graduate of Clover High School and Kings College. She has 36 years of customer service experience. Corrina has a great desire to serve the clients of Muse Realty by providing excellent customer service. She coordinates all general maintenance for our rental properties and assists our clients throughout the process. She also is a licensed Property Manager.

INSPECTIONS COORDINATOR
Amanda is a lifetime resident of Rock Hill where she graduated from Northwestern High School. She joined Muse Realty in 2022 with years of customer service experiences. Amanda coordinates all property inspections and is the contact person for inspection related questions.
DEBORAH PANKRATZ
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Deborah has resided in the Carolinas since 2010 after relocating from Oxford, Pennsylvania. She comes to us with years of customer service experience and enjoys helping our clients with their maintenance needs. Deborah is here to assist in repairs and maintenance for all of our properties.
KE’ARAH TATE
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Ke’Arah is the smiling face that greets you as you walk into our office. She joined us in 2023 after attending South University for Public Health & Nursing. She brings years of managerial, clerical, and customer service experience. Originally from Oregon, she moved to the Rock Hill area in 2016. Ke’Arah is here to help you with your rental needs.
MARY BETH SPELL
OFFICE ASSISTANT
Beth is a lifetime resident of Rock Hill and came out of retirement to join the Muse Team in 2022. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University. Her work background includes accounting, payroll, and human resources. She works part time as our receptionist and assists our clients/tenants in person and by phone.
